Please send us your Player log file
You should find it in the following location on your computer:
C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\LocalLow\CayPlay\WaterparkSimulator
Where\XXXXX\is your PC's username
:warning: The AppData folder is hidden so you'll have to either copy and paste the path, or configure the explorer to show hidden files.

I was at 4 stars and then the update occured and my save is gone
If you wish to attempt to get your old save back, could you please follow these instructions and let us know when you've done that? There also was an update (versions 0.2.21) If you already have - you rock!

How to roll back on steam?
I honestly just started a new save.
Wasn’t too bad getting back to where I was.
Current save is working
I was at 4.5 stars almost to 5 it took 20 hrs. I'm not going to do that. I sent the info as asked and there is no evident way to roll back to another version. Support has not responded or acknowledged the email.

I did not mean here on discord, I followed the instructions and emailed support with the log... and they have not acknowledged receipt
