I can enter maps fine, navigate the menus and see when notes are perfect or a miss and the red lines (image attached), but I cannot see the actual notes themselves.

I'm having issues trying to update my AMD Radeon RX 6800 through their installer...
You can use DDU to fully uninstall any previous graphics drivers you have installed and then install the new ones cleanly from AMDs website. Installing new graphics drivers over old drivers can lead to corruption
I don’t know if this is relevant to error 195, but this fixes 95% of graphics card related issues

I ended up not using the AMD installer and instead used their AMD software. It updated my driver right away and I was able to see the notes in the game :)
