#AI refuses to play

A screenshot won't do much, but I'll start collecting them here along with the actions menu to try to help start debugging this. It may be hard to repro.

Out of about 125 games, 3 or 4 times the game had to end in a loss because the AI does not play its turn (maybe? I don't have access to logs, so unsure exactly what's going on). It is not a crash, because I'm able to open Settings and Menu. I'm able to change settings, I'm able to exit the game and accept the defeat modal. Each time I've also been able to end my turn, the button changes from active to disabled as it should. But then the AI doesn't play.

Do you remember if the shield is a Diss Field or Diss shield?

I have had reports regarding the Diss field. My guess is the spending of Quanta to reduce damage is causing a loop or crash.

Did you see if the ai's quanta when down when you ended your turn?

man am I glad you might have some context. I wish I had recorded the other few times this has happened to suss out a pattern.

I want to say its Entropy went from 9 to 8

I did make some changes to the quanta management logic, so that may remedy this issue, but I'm doublechecking there is no infinite loop or anything like that

So yeah, definitely should take off more than 1 quanta. I might have an idea what is causing it, if that's the case it will be fixed for the next update.
