Change the language voice to English if you're playing a different language then restart the game. This method should work. Idk about local regional settings

why did your messages here, It was useful for those who are having difficulties to get the voiceline mods working

the previous method actually causes all voicelines except battle voicelines to be lost, so I've removed it to prevent further issues
