Something I find really annoying is when my warship wanders off to who knows where and a boat that could easily be prevented doesn't get prevented so my suggestion is a structure or a boat that acts like a warship with health and the like and that enemy warships attack them but they don't move or have very limited movement, nukes would balance these out since you can nuke warships and you should be able to nuke these
They don't capture trade either

They don't wander too far either, they go where you send them then stay in the area
Yeah we should have more naval things: boat defense stuff, anti sea turrets, etc
Except that my biggest issue is when they lock onto a trade ship they will ignore your movement request
And also I have had it where if my warship didn't move after a trade ship I would have survived but it moved after one and I didn't

v31 healing is much faster, and increases per port
