This would make more sense and it would add a new mechanic. The range would be upraded easily and take the whole map at like level 10.

But why? There's no reason to do this. In real life the distance that your warheads can travel is dependent on the rocket you launch it with, not the silo you launch from.
Not only that, but there isn't anything wrong with Silos as they currently are. You're already incentivised to build silos closer to peoples borders because it means your nukes has less travel time, which means your target has less time to react.

yeah your right but it would make to much things about make a lot of different range missile. furthermore, a lot of people are talking about water nukes so it would be annoying a the end. the target of this uprade would be that instead spamming port like people do every game (trust me I play a lot) you could start to think about can you reach his strategic places or not.
