Is this specific to the radial menu not displaying an attack option, or can you not attack via click or hotkey (G by default) as well?

I think this is a mobile thing? So no hotkeys and no attack just by clicking on the guy

Yeah confirmed, it's a radial menu issue. I'm looking into it.
