Silo + Nuke is 1.75 mil, it's only going to take out 1 mil max of city.

Even 3 nukes is 3.25 mil, and 3 cities = 3 mil.

It takes 4 nukes against 4 cities (if he has 7) to break even

yeah, only time i've seen someone succesfully use a nuke is Mortality, but he was stunting on me because I tried an early attempt to loop off part of his expansion (which basically ended the game)

Nuke annexation is pretty common, I use it a lot when people try cutting off
