the issue with most caribbean map suggestions is that most of them consists of a few large landmass and then the rest is open water. It would just end up being a second oceania map

therefore i think a caribbean map should be restricted to the big islands which irl are called the greater antilles

The problem with Oceania is that there was a single dominant landmass. This has three landmasses that are roughly equal in addition to several smaller islands, some of which are large enough to be meaningful. So I would argue that this is different and would make a good map.

There is 3 not counting ours and some that are Gulf of Mexico. But that doesn’t really matter tbh. Just next time I would wish for you to comment on mine.
