Pretty self explanatory. Once the game has ended allow teammates to fight each other. What better way to celebrate the win than by nuking your comrades. It'd be entertaining to have everyone on the winning team Mirv each other before they leave the game.
I think having a brief period of fun without any consequence would be enjoyed by many.
Losers may also have a chance bomb their teammate that annoyed them. The possibilities are endless.
