you can send a nuke to the coat of a ally but in the water and it will ruin your allys land

how do you consider this realistic? does this happen in real life?

Yes it wouldn't be realistic (as far as the game is realistic haha) to not get damage from a nuclear bomb, just because there's a border and you're an ally
