I don't like the idea of including emojis with a flagpole in them as flags in the game when all the existing flags (to my knowledge) are just the flag part itself.

and even if some flags werent really flown by those nations (most of the nations you gave arent imaginary, only the meme nations are, and yes they break the rule, but they are an exception not a rule) the flags stem from actual real historical symbolism or things very close to the idea of "flags"
and the point is that the flags is that they are supposed to be flown and used as nation flags to wage war with and conquer lands
