Here are all the nations on the map. The flag is grey with black and the symbol is a red eagle. I didn't create it, I found it on Google and added it because I liked how it was done.

I'm not familiar with the Middle Earth Atlas Map, all I know is that it's very clearly non-Tolkienian

I went to research about it and it doesn't say much about the flags, so far I haven't found anything

Yea there's not too much iconography out there.

Tolkien did do some writen descriptions of Gondor, Arnor, and maybe Numenor's banners

I think also Khazad-dums

It's true that it becomes too complex, but I'm making the new flags simpler so that they don't have too much texture.
