The problem it's that in the left side i have 7 cities fully functioning one above the other
And in the right side i have 3 cities BELLOW the icon of a defense post (Like if it was hidden)
This can be exploited by building a lot of cities in some hidden place in the map, and faking your true power just to attack an player without warning. Or even to appear that youself is a target not worth to be focused.
Or to Hide a missile silo.
And This can be a bigger problem specially if in the future could be implemented ways to prevent Nuke Attacks.
