So, I tried everything (Tickets with requested proof, trying to get the CD key on steam and visiting spore page) but nothing is working, help please

I also linked EA and Steam accounts

Heyo! You mentioned trying to put in a ticket for the Entitlements - did they deny it and mention why?

I made two tickets, I closed the first one because I forgot a proof.
But, the second one I gave everything that is requested and EA closed it without an Answer (I checked spam too)

Are you able to try hopping on a live chat with an EA agent?

For proof of purchase, make sure the screenshots you have are of your full desktop (not cropped and not on mobile), of both the email receipt from Steam and the purchase history receipt on Steam.

Make sure to mention you purchased on Steam and would like the Entitlements manually added to your EA account

If they don't approve it please, please, please let me know, currently working behind the scenes to fix this so it doesn't happen in the future

Gotcha, thank you for being patient and I'm so sorry again. They really should've given a reason why it was closed without action. Big sigh

Ugh, there must be a time limit or a limit to how many can be in the system at once ( (probably including recently closed tickets)

Unfortunately there's not much to do other than hang tight for maybe an hour or so and see if you can try again 😦

Did you ever have any luck with this? Another member just had a similar issue with not being able to see a chat button and swapping browsers helped

Just here to report that im having the same issue on the EA help website. Chat button just... Vanished.

Have you tried switching browsers? The other member ended up using Microsoft edge, of all things, to get the button to show up
