#Uninstall Galactic Adventures without affecting save file for base game?

Not really possible as once the data is "upgraded" to the GA version it's not intended to be downgraded
Also, GA is not separate in the GOG version so you cannot uninstall just that part
Mods exist to remove adventures from space stage, see SMC in #・spore-communities
You can just mark the base executable (SporeApp) at the Sporebin folder in your taskbar/start menu
C:\Program Files\EA Games\Spore\Sporebin
But you are missing out on mods and advanced space outfitter techniques if you do this.
^^^ this technically works but I would strongly advise against it as it can cause strange issues and data corruption if you have existing creations and saves - you may not be able to load them
This is hardly a concern unless you used the singular detail paint on every single one of your creations
Or if you outfitted a captain already with the parts, in which case get them off.
but even then I'm pretty sure it will just default to your empire's look
It's not that, the databases use a different format and it has to migrate it, and this process is not super reliable
Often resulting in crashes at startup (because the database gets broken altogether) or certain creations not loading (will show as white PNGs or "locked")
What kind of screwed installation do you have?
This is experience from 15 years of troubleshooting issues, it is not guaranteed but it is very likely to cause issues
As a result, I cannot recommend something that is both unsupported and known to cause issues
It should be fine if the game wasn't modded (and this was, but even then the missing parts just become squares.)
It does corrupt the captain (every single captain part turned into a square) and it DID crash my game, but putting him in the editor and adjusting a single part fixed it
Deleting a creature from the Sporepedia just replaces its empire in space stage so I doubt anything else will happen.
