Completely lost access to spore

when i opened a specific spore emulator it was usually running okay until i tried to log myself in
it was just casting an error about the spore servers
I checked registration login faq about steam and i focused on the cd key things
but nothing important was seen there and i didnt see the cd key anywhere
but one thing i did was to update the spore games together, this way i thought
it would fix the login issue in the spore game but it did something worse
when i opened spore on steam it connected functionally but on the emulator
it first asked me if i got spore from steam or gog but when i clicked yes it became
unable to run spore...
One possible hint i got myself into was on how to downgrade steam games
the first step was to get the game id, depot id and manifest id.
i opened the steam console and all i typed was the the 3 ids
it tried to download the depot until more problems came out
most if not all the failures and errors i got from the console
where connection related, whereas i reconnected the wifi
to do it again, it just forced win32 things and stuff
all solutions given for me must be logical.
one of them could be installing the depot downloader and use it in terms
of downloading the depot and using it to restore the damage

What do you mean by emulator?

Spore mod api, it now cant run properly because of the steam updates in the games themselves
but even if i downloaded the depot properly and used it
Would i still need to solve the login problems using cd keys?
