Beta test hasnt started yet, so it is highly possibile that beta accounts havent been unlocked yet.
Anyway, we have already addressed the issue, as you can see here: https://discord.com/channels/1281639437708820612/1443190780943663104, so we will eventually notify everyone if that is not intended
