I guess this game will be thrown on the back burner? Since the release of Wilds, we haven't gotten any new information about Outlanders. I guess they didn't want to take away from one mainline game which is completely understandable from a marketing standpoint, considering it's a mainline title. But now we also have Stories 3 to worry about. With Outlanders being on one platform and mobile at that I'm guessing we won't see or hear from this game for like another year? What are everyone else's thoughts? Do you agree or disagree? And for reference, I love everything Monster Hunter. I've played Stories 1 & 2, so I'm happy there is another one coming...but I also hate that, that means another game won't receive any updates/announcements.
#So with the announcement of Monster Hunter Stories 3....

well, theyve been seeing our complaints for months on a consistent basis, i doubt theyd suddenly cut things out considering things like new game announcements would be discussed within the company, right? I'm just hoping they ain feeling super discouraged cuz of our usual comments, cuz those of us who are here DO want to play the game, but other than that, im pretty sure theyll at least have ONE announcement this year
Since "Outlanders" is a cooperative game, the development progress will not be significantly affected.
I’m just now seeing responses. I honestly forgot I posted this. But I’m not sure what you mean by it being a cooperative game. Aren’t all monster hunter games technically cooperative games?
"Outlanders" is a game jointly developed by Timi and Capcom. It was not developed solely by Capcom.
