I think the Lions have way too much trust for Goff. Having some is great. But you can't trust him enough to throw 1,000,000 times a game.

Goff worked best when he had a good OL and a good running game. He's a really good system QB and when he has the right weapons he can take you to the superbowl.

He needs a Todd Gurley or a Gibbs or a Montgomery because he can only play hero ball when teams aren't expecting him too

and it's especially egregious throwing the football that many times when DC have basically the blueprint for stopping explosive plays now
