Tutorial: Build a light pole unable to complete

Started the tutorial and after completing the objective that lands the second lander I'm stuck. The mission to place a light pole but the range extender does not get built. Clicking on the object shows the message no vehicle.

Looks like after update to version Alpha 0.7.03.0109 that the forklift does not spawn after the lander animation. This was working in version 0108 that I started earlier in the day.

Issue has been resolved in version Alpha 0.7.03.0201
