Cannot collect regolith manually

When clearing regolith using the dozer the resources aren't added to the base.

Unable to continue playing game after placing the landing pad as i cannot collect regolith for the roads even if i make a new save

only way around it that i could see was to start over and skip the tutorial

i have already sent a f8 report
