When properly bound, O is confirm and X is cancel in the game, but in the pause menu I still need to use X for confirm and O for cancel in all of the menus.

Hi~We are currently working on fixing various issues in the game, but due to limited manpower, some problems may only be resolved in later updates. You can try adjusting the controller button settings in Steam’s Big Picture Mode.
Launch Steam Big Picture Mode: Click the Big Picture mode icon in the top-right corner of the standard Steam client or press the home button on your controller.
Navigate to Settings: Once in Big Picture Mode, select the Settings icon.
Open Controller Settings: Select Controller from the menu, and then click Controller Settings to see and manage your detected controllers
