craft from storage?

yes you can craft from chests but the chests needs to be quite near. You can move full chests

Workbench can use items stored in storage.
Only if said storage is next to it.

I still say boxes though cause it can store five things in one inventory slot and can be used to craft

its just basically all items even random seeds you often find. Plus what I craft so it all automatically gets in the boxes..

theres about 3-4 seeds that you often randomly get from the birds so i just put those 🙂

That's fair. I should probably just do that. Do you organize your boxes like have an or box and then stuff like that? Or is it just kind of like whatever goes wherever?

Once you get the metal shelf, its really helpful. I have it on a platform with a machine on each side and machines (3 each) above and below it. All of those machines pull from it.
