#Unable to swap accounts

Having the same issue. Tried contacting support and couldn't do that either
Same issue. Said failed to send. I had to delete the game and log into my main account.
Did that solve the swap account issue or will you have to uninstall every time you want to swap
You gotta uninstall and reinstall each time or use a different phone, tablet or computer.
Probably used wrong Email
I had that problem too. I just checked everything and made sure I didn’t copy paste anything
Won't even let me enter the email I hit swap account and immediately get that error
Hey folks, sorry to hear you're running into trouble here! Are you still logged into the old account in your device's browser and have you tried logging out from the browser ( https://account.wbgames.com ) prior to swapping accounts in-game?
No account is logged in. It quickly flashes site not available when I hit swap accounts in game then goes to that account recovery message.
I also tried logging in to the other account there and trying to swap as well. Still no luck
We're actively investigating, looks to be a WB Games Account issue. We'll let you know if we hear any more information!
Hey @boreal nacelle could you give this another try and let us know if it works? If you're on android, you should clear the the app storage + close/reopen the app first (along with making sure you're not logged in from the device browser)

Yeah we do. Is it good? Nope but it works 😂
anything you can do to clear your caches out could help. we think your other account info is cached in there somewhere. We've added in a change that should ensure the game is checking each time you make a request, so as long as the cache is clear, this will work.
We are working on a better solution that should roll out later this week, but in the meantime you can still get in this way.
I had to clear data to get it to go to the home screen where you get "play" and in the top right corner it says "sign in". Better than reinstalling anytime I want to swap 😂

Great to hear! We were able to roll out the additional solution I mentioned sooner than anticipated, so the clearing data work around should no longer be needed
