Same goes for Estela in rapidfire and Ikora in spread.

However I do believe NetEase's intentions were 3 characters of each element for each weapon type lol

That isn’t due to damage, that is largely due to summons dieing easy I feel there XD that is why a lot of Estela say her summons need her damage reduction (also Hairkora is flat damage).

Estela on test dps is pulling 2mill dps during burst 15 second phases and hasn’t burnt through all her ammo by the end of it, this is similar it felt to other dps units, just the first few seconds is lower.
