Yeah that's the main problem with the enamare system. Your supposed to get stronger but since everything scales up you never feel it. In most cases you end up weaker if you only focused on 1 character 😭

the real tech is to farm chaos and not claim the chests, then just pop all of them from reward retrieval after phase breakthrough. no more xp cap increases this season it looks like though
