Once you get use to it it isn’t to bad. Run chaos for a bit, get a 5 star artifact you want use all your old artifacts to change what the substats are rng one at a time. Spend like 300-400 refactors to get + 45 on it then just fine tune the base stats when /if you get better ones.

From what I have experienced transferring perks over to weapons is 100% if you have both the perks. So you just need to farm a new double stat and transfer it up.

If level increase, Lattice better reset… that is my biggest fear of them raising levels. I can slightly understand it not resetting per level as there are limited amount of Exotics compared to options of Mythics…. But we need a reduced cost when making the next level of exotics.

Ah okay, as long as you’re in the over/under light range, all changes will affect dmg/survivability. I think the range is +- 3000 from recommended light. Outside of that, changes don’t matter.
