Well no, chaos is pretty easy with the right buffs. Nerfing it would just make it even easier without addressing the fact that anything that isn't spike shell or born equal is kinda terrible

They need to buff the gifts that no one uses

The IX buffs do act weird at times tho, we found out Misfortune can basically instant heal you if you have the electricity main perk with the aoe on skill damage perk attached to it for Estela.

I'm afraid I didn't understand what you mean by that. I don't use it at close range because it's slow at shooting. I use it while I'm far away and help my team capture the objective, but I like to defeat the players more than capturing the objective.

Exactly, there's no need to use them close range bc you have other options, but at long range they fall off very quickly. Iirc the bolts completely fade beyond 25m. Jotunn lets you challenge enemies further away though because the rocket can travel much further

From what I have tested, it appears to be legit rng. The only things I have tested and had results is concerning RNG DROP odds increasing for returning players. That being said, i have never seen any impact on the quality of rolls.
