Me personally I like the "uumpf" big damage Izanagi does with Efrideet, especially if you know how you can do the auto-loading trick with her dodge

Worth the trouble and resources? No. Crimson/Til with either Zico/Tatara is an objectively better pairing

You can’t beat heir because it provides an overshield, which furies does not. Given the meta is now based on an overshield, everything but heir will lower dps and be less efficient, causing you to run out of ammo. (And be cooked)

I support the idea of them creating “load out” setting suggestions as easier way to move things around would help a lot. Other games with similar systems make sense to have non shared artifacts cus you have multiple characters in play at once; in this game Theres nothing stopping you from just moving artifacts between characters when you swap cus you never have multiple active at the same time.
