Try and pull 1 copy of Efrideet and see if you like her

Getting an artifact to 3/4 is relatively trivial and from there putting the lower star one in will give you 4/4. You would lose any work you’ve put in on adjusting the base stats if the high star one isn’t good on that front and all work on the upgraded stats tho

Unrelenting falls off every second since you lose 1x stack of armored per second. Gain 15, so unless you do two dashes you'll never hit 20 stacks. Dashing twice breaks jarens rhythm a lot. I think I prefer the precision hit one, as jaren is constantly getting close range precision hits anyways

Idk fam one precision hit every 8 seconds is pretty much free for jaren. Welling light and his signature ability both hit precision for free, and with last word bodyshots are all precision hits below 50%. And you're already going for precision hits for stag stacks from skill rewarded.

Resolute's uptime diff should be very small in combat where you need the dr, and the high uptime of stacks above 20 for armored too make it a clear winner for pure DR over the course of a run.

This assumes that it actually procs armored on every precision hit
