If You are talking about seasonal settlement rewards then You need to max out 1 to 3 tabs of quests to received rewards. Max 1 You will get bronze rewards, 2 for silver and 3 for gold. There are 4 tabs and each phase is adding more quests but to get gold You need to max out only 3 of them by the end of season

They need to rework the upgrade system though. Guns and artifacts. It will push some players away honestly but overall the game is in a good state and they should stop removing events. I enjoyed the crota raid and they should bring it back. I think every season should have a raid or some sort of a long term event like tower with a new exotic and great rewards. The game can bring thousands of players and they just need to work with us as a community.

I just am finding it odd how we are trying to paint this new system as “more playtime” for the systems that from what I can tell got sped up. If you were farming exotic weapon upgrades before hand we were basically at a ~ 260 cores to photon drop before outside of weeklies, which is why we all trade them for photons. So adding photons to the season shop should be knocking off a lot of grind time if that is what you choose to spend it on.

Mythic weapons + mods is what really felt like grind time was increased with this update… mainly as weapon grinding wasn’t really a big thing before.

Yea I can feel this, the upgrading one mod upgrades all mods of the same name is nice tho. Feels like you can sit on a not perfect one for a bit while farming the perfect roll… that feels like the theme for season 4 lol, get the base equips easy but take a while farming to min max.

Add heavy and not everyone targeting the same thing a lot (Singularity Chaos, Legacy, etc...): Crimson + new mythic sniper, raid style activities where you have some adds, but need single target dps for a boss: `Til Eternal Death + new mythic sniper (some thing the BP hand cannon is trash but it gives a sustained 100% damage debuff on the target that everyone benefits from), High HP add heavy activities like Endless Singularity: new mythic hand cannon + cloud strike
