The game is too small, we have a good base and foundation. Now start adding new new new, i guess technically if they added a new mode that was "challenge encounter" and did 1 stage from a different raid each week it would be cool. Give everyone a full week to find a premade and clear so even casuals can do it (eventually everyone will master mechanics and make it seem easy)

Give good first time clears fr fr, they could do limited exotics that ONLY drop in those raids. Maybe they could even change the elements or shinka types in them also to kind of freshen them up? Allow diff team comps to make it feel new again. Fair Play would apply of course so that way all players have a fair chance at completing it

They can make rapid fire shinkas tough by making them apply a rate of fire debuff for every shot they take. Cut rate of fire in half and the non rapid fire weapons will suffer

Its the ammo to mag ratio. More ammo with less dmg per shot, doing more shots = less dps. Bow hits like a truck but its 1 shot compared to 10 HC shots is almost equal, do the 30 mag on solar AR its roughly same as bows 1 shot, etc.

They tried to balance them all out at some kind of baseline by making the dmg per full mag roughly equivalent
