I personally am waiting a bit before going through engrams. The biggest inhibitor in the long run looks to be Star rating, unless more of the lumenite ore are added to drops later. I am not sure the god roll for Umeko for Lassi, but syncopating looks to have gotten a nice secondary perk upgrade to help with more consistent damage.

I decided to do one to show (and to test for myself) it basically will take one unshared ability from the sacrificed artifact to put on the main artifact. You can decline it luckily, so this could allow you to slowly build your perfect artifact by throwing crap rolls with a couple of the attributes you want in hopes they get put on the better artifact.

First hi C0rnd0g, but yea this is why I was sceptical of the no pinnacle system and did speak of that concern. I am going to say I am surprised that they actually did a lot better than I anticipated, the grind doesn’t seem as bad now in the long run. All of Chaos grind is basically pinnacle rewards, combinding artifacts allow for reduction in time farming perfect roll (now the grind is in basic stats which I don’t think is as bad).

Legendary campaign once Adept is released will make maxing artifacts faster, and even mods are easier to get now. I feel as a mobile gamer I can jump on and do a few things quickly and advance, vs farming chaos minds forever hoping for my perfect drop artifact (which I really didn’t even try to do lol). I don’t know, there are aspects that are frustrating, but in general the upgrading feels easier and more rewarding.

I think this is where a lot of mobile games drop the ball, I don’t think I have played many with really great end game, so I do agree they needed to add that.

I am just impressed it is as easy as it is. I expected stupid grind levels to upgrade anything, but I already got +45 on one of my lvl 90 artifacts, with way less material. I like the new mods and would probably had to regrind to get the new ones anyways so this is easier then if they were just added into the old system. Looking forward to Adept mods to try and buff my exotic weapons to here and back for Estela.

This is definitely a hard part. What I am doing is just using up my weeklies a little each day. Doing some front lines here and there for mod farming (they now drop mods fairly easily, and you get mats to craft a mod of choice from it too). And working out what to hunt for after the raid drops, as I want to see how all the new stuff dropped there compares.

But yea there is a lot thrown in, and those who were far into the game just got to much to do at once.
