They added ascension, which is disabled in PvP content and contest raids.
For the more f2p argument:
The removal of pinnacle means p2w no longer have an advantage of resource grinding. Condensate allows f2p to unlock limited characters for free. F2P get enough condensate to get three characters each season just from repeatable sources, so depending on events it may be possible for them to even max condensate given time

Warding Pact activates Unrelenting Evolution if it still works the way it did pre-update, if you need higher resist. Top one is either nimble ground or nible veil for damage resistance, second one is even more damage resistance. I wanted damage resistance since you lose competition time based on damage taken, that way I lose stacks at a lower rate (I doubt it really matters tho)

Third one gives a ton of damage buffs across the board for debuff continuation, and her lightning spears do continuous debuffs making it easy to get your stacks up. Fourth one gives you a damage buff every time you reload using an ability, which is every time you dash, so its active pretty much all the time

First it wants you to consecutively inflict blind. iirc a 4% buff for 1 sec.

We don't reapply blind for stacking this buff, if we hit Javelin, enemy is blind itself for 6 whole secs, so we only inflict blind twice overall and buff is lost unless we get a new spear
