alr so your dodge is your competition time and u get 6 electrostatic energy charges. every time u hit an enemy u consume 3 to trigger a lightning burst. So you generally want to cast your dodge after u land your javelin so the lightning burst occurs from the enemy u originally marked

2 cents: Honestly I feel they are giving a quite a bit that it is also something to help bridge the gap in the long run between F2P and paying players. 110 guaranteed, even random unit shards, is way more then I anticipated per act. Throw in the few selection ones from engrams and I could see someone slowly upgrading their “main” as F2P, possibly before a repeat even happens.
