The nerf to her can be in game modes. She works so well because we fight horde of things and everything dies fast (that and no rapid fire since act 2 in most end game content). She burns through heavy ammo fast if she isn’t able to recover it (her T2 ability is slow for those circumstances) and her skill damage is minimal.

It is mainly I don’t see any true nerfs happening now with how long she was released for. Maybe with the paragon system and weapon/artifact changes they found a way to bring her down tho compared to others.

I don’t dislike the idea that she can’t give ammo to herself in groups, but for something like that to happen and be more palatable she would probably need a modification of also “increased the amount of data she obtains while in a group to compensate and generate ammo more often”. So it isn’t as much a pure nerf but more of a shift to support.
