Nerfing isn’t completely off the table. They can modify something’s as the weapons aren’t really “paid” for. Imagine them modifying RC:

we have found that the 2 modes of the gun are not being utilized in order to balance it we are making the reduction in charge time from combat sight a little smaller. But we are increasing the damage of marksman shot a little.

Most weapons in the game aren’t purely paid for, and with HH being a weapon unit some of those can take a hit in the dps category if they truly wanted to weaken her a little. She will still be strong (arablast still exists) but that type of way could balance things…. That and content that doesn’t cater to her (less horde of things more elite mobs with hp).

Because the "Black Body" perk gives me a damage buff for every kill, up to 5 times. As a player who likes to rush a lot, the fast-paced gameplay suits me perfectly. I can easily stack the x5 damage, and with 3 headshots... a very easy kill

To be fair leaked kits aren’t able to be analyzed well enough. A lot of a units kit also depends on their weapon mastery and how they interact with weapons. They have different variables for primary and heavy weapon in the leaked kit, so depending on how they are weighted will probably change things.
