The splash art and the description describe 'chitinous nanites' and show infected enemies on JSM and none of the activity has that or any story. Especially when we got like ONE dialouge week aboht bulwark that implied nanites it feels fairly obvious that there was supposed to be a nanite plot that was entirely cut

Why do you need clusters? Only 2 characters that needed built was Ning at launch and HH. The games rewards are a fail because we have zero reason to max every lightbearer and weapon. Artifacts are the biggest rng grind and refractors are just painful experience

So I have only done a couple runs and that is basically it. I forgot to check but they give 6-7minutes (forgot to check at the beginning of the stage) to clear the strike. You select your “difficulty” at the beginning which in essence would be your multiplier for the whole stage. As long as you get an A rank (not even sure if you have to clear the stage, I have cleared it with plenty of time the runs I have done) you unlock the next stage.

It requires you to keep moving but so far hasn’t felt the need to be stupidly fast. Maybe the higher difficulty if monsters become bullet sponges might change it.

I am disappointed that it is only a strike with added difficulty. I was hoping for more. But I don’t think it is as doom and gloom so far as being stated. GM legendary is definitely the more disappointing part of the update.

I have never played D2 so I can’t relate it to that. It is lazy as it is just the Pit stage with modifiers. It has some neat ideas that if it was put into a different type of mode (wave base/boss rush/survival type thing) I think could have been fun. Choosing perks that allow units like Kabr to increase damage for his team mates/take some of their damage received. Along with choosing what the “downfalls” are for your team (I believe at least matchmaking we have 2 choices we vote on, but there are like 12 different modifiers) the concepts aren’t bad. It is just lazy… maybe if they took Legacy and made it this mode it might have been better. I don’t know for sure tho.

The main rewards aren’t tied to ranking so as long as you are semi skilled enough to get to rank stage 10 on 2 different units you will be able to get the rewards. This honestly feels more like how the players base would have wanted calamity Ops set up in the beginning. It isn’t as much a race, rewards aren’t gated to ranking, can choose different buffs to give variety in team comps easier (meta will obvious still exist).

I've been out of bounds in plenty of them, they 100% aren't just "1 Big Map".
Its various Maps. One of the Maps may be bigger and you bounce between different parts of it during one run but its not true for everything. Some areas do have other parts blocked off, but some areas are actually off floating in a different part of the "void" altogether. Some parts aren't even used at all like this.

Technically all we know is that Helhest was found next to a wrecked ship, it wasn't said that it was a spaceship (this point is just copium). We unfortunately don't have a hard location on the vault, since it's floating in gameplay. My understanding from the dialogue was that it was referring to Rasputin hardening the defenses in response to Felwinter, and also obviously having a back door in Felwinter so he knows what he'll do. I haven't watched this week's dialogue yet tho. Which trailer shows that area?

It is a complete map like a Patrol zone, and like a Patrol zone it has different load areas that aren't even necessarily physically compatible. You could fly between the Cabal and Nine-y areas if you'd like. My point wasn't that they were all walkable but rather that they exist in one massive area, it's Killothy saying they could be simply rearranged by changing which walls exist (though this would work in some of the Fallen zones and Nine zones)

They make the first years content before game even launches. This way they can abandon ship like laying off all of Marvel Rivals team right after launch. Keep an in house team for cheap for QoL and Bug Fix and see if game makes money before putting people back into it.
