3 levels, first level is unlocked by crafting a Catalyst from materials from Legendary Campaign. 2nd and 3rd levels require additional copies of the fun and Superposed Photons, which are technically earned through Legendary Campaign but mostly bought through black market

And every unlocked catalyst applies, they don't replace each other
