So I decided to test this. The video with the Asterions is with 0 rate of fire from any sources. While the one with hydra has 30% from card, 50% from the acute field card and 15% from hoof.

First observation, it looks like with no rate of fire Anethesia restarts building stacks after each reload.

When looking at when the last damage from the laser appeared on my screen, and when the first after reload (to try and account for laser desync). It appears that the rate of fire tower has ~ 1.35 seconds for reload (I assume some lag due to seeing a lot of the numbers appear at once so not exact). The one with 0 RoF looks to take ~3.2 seconds to reload. So the math is also implying that RoF from buffs are multiplicative, and that Anethesia needs a bare minimum RoF of an unknown amount currently to not lose stacks.

Let me know if you see something else too.

It doesn’t look like it, the ending damage of the laser looks to be 322 in the first instance, while the beginning damage was 345 and never increases (probably a debuff from a tower I am not taking into account) on my longer video the next attack starts at 345 on that hydra.
