I don’t think it is recommended to use vulnerability. With 3 stacks it gives 9.288 % vulnerability (about a 7.x damage increase), with 4 stacks (ultimate) it gives 12.38%, or a 9.2% damage increase.

It wont be insane creep, it will be gradual to keep up with newer harder end game content. Already some 4 stars have fallen off in expanse 40, and crota for example. Soon it will be 5stars getting left behind like Gwynn and Estella, we havnt had a real dps released in a second (Ok ok Jaren is actually 🔥 ), but lets say Jaren is like Gwynn the start point, because then the next dps released after will be better than him. Wont be long before they are outdpsing HH.

She burns ammo pretty fast compared to other units. Her mastery speeds up her charge speed on LFR. She was designed for burst, which is basically everything in the game atm.

There are also those who might also benefit who mastery works for primary (Steve), or it could shift some meta to exotic primary so TG could see more use on HelHest (not sure how her dps fairs with that in a drawn out battle).

If you were in overseer at the end of last season without using an exploit you were placed in master 1 at the beginning of the season. If you exploited you got demoted to expert 2. But everyone who landed in master 1 ended up in zone 1 which was ultra sweaty this past cycle so a lot of people intentionally let themselves get demoted to expert 2 so they could get back into master 1 in a different zone and master 2 next cycle with easier scores

I did consider Gwynn in B tier but a lot of her function has been replaced by Jaren. Even Concerto, which was considered great bc it let her mag dump a ton, is just weaker than a Jaren dodge

Having a little trouble with this bounty above. It's's not registering any kills with any character and I've tried a bunch, wolf, ikora, tan, atal kabr. I've tried auto-rifles, pulse-rifles, hand cannons, scout-rifles, light grenade launchers, rocket launchers. Admittedly, I've not tried shotguns yet as literally just thought of it but going to try now. I've tried strikes, legacy, patrols, public events, high value target.
