This build will beat 15 on solo on any day without using abilities (the only time I use them in the video is to farm a few extra gold in wave 4). All it requires is tier 2 muqam, tier 1 anesthesia, and tier 1 hoof (you can technically replace hoof with double clap and a tech tower)

I personally set up understatement, 2 anesthesias and a slag launcher to start in the 4 square sections. Stone hoof goes close to the enemy spawns then I fill in coverage as needed everywhere else.

Their recommended budget was around $1400 for a specific config but at the last minute I saw someone selling theirs with the same specs for $600 in very good condition. That was about a year ago, so for a 7800XT + Ryzen 7 5700X, 32 GO RAM, I'm happy and it's enough for my games. Good luck

The issue with pvp in dr is pc players and controller (console) players don't get along very well. This leads many games (including destiny 2) to separate pc and console lobbies. I dont think netease is going to merge lobbies. It would just look bad having pros like IFrostBolt to come in and get obliterated by @indigo solar. This in turn leads there to be no actual high quality footage of pvp, which slows growth and isolates the pvp community as a whole.

It's true that it's quite difficult to have a game that mixes mobile, controller, mousse and creating a lobby based on input would reduce the already small player base... Fortnite mixes them and it's torture, Rivals and Overwatch have separate ranked systems, and thankfully so, even though you'll always see someone plug their controller into their PC and reach the top rank, these are exceptions. I only know of Sayariu controller who, in Destiny 2, manages to teach the mousse pros how to play the game

The dmg bonus is laughable because all of our Super and Sig abilities are set to lvl1 base dmg with no arti substats to boost them. So +30% on 100dmg aint crap

the issue is that exotics are very timegated unless you spend on money on energy to speed up the process, that alone you have a weekly limit on purchasing energy bundles

While mythics are very easy to get but are a timesink to build them (you need a lot of mats, especially mobius, where 1 exotic gets you only 1 and the drop rates are 7.14% from crota's end)

while yes it's better to have all element coverage w/ mythics, it's better to keep in mind the amount of time you need to max out one, especially with exotics

If you have an NVIDIA graphics card, supposedly a driver update caused a bug where BlueStacks opens an invisible window while the CPU works overtime trying to render it. Not sure if this is the same issue. Go to Graphics > change Graphics Engine Mode to Compatibility and Graphics Renderer to DirectX. Also NVIDIA Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings > Find BlueStacks and ensure Threaded Optimization is set to Off. If this doesnt work, I need to see gpu usage. If its a laptop you cant do much, but if its a tower id need you to open it and ensure nothing came loose in the move. Both gpu and ram.
