Just reload and swap to primary (with missiles) and back and your reloaded mag gets missiles

This also isn't a RC quirk, it works with fully manual reloads too

Likewise you can make sure primary always has micro missiles by swapping to heavy and back

So you should never run out in practice

It even persists through death, so as long as Attal doesn't dump her entire primary and heavy, she can have micro missiles all of the time in PvP, which turns single shot RC into a one tap

I feel like in the right hands a passive Attal is stronger than even a very good Umeko player

The other problem is that Rossi will never get buffs being a 4*. When Kabr, the Resolute was released, I called it that his kit almost entirely replaces Rossi. He has a better primary, a better heavy, 3 signature charges on his barrier that has similar health to Rossi’s super, and then his actual super is a mobile version of Rossi’s super. The only thing he doesn’t have is confine, but he can blind. Needless to say, Rossi is still my main and I still play him constantly, but Kabr is nice for me.

That's a really complicated question to answer because a lot of it is people generalizing theory out into "everyone should do this" because artifacts are so expensive that it's hard to justify building 2 at once

Axion is BiS for Helhest if you know how to/care to juggle your buff drone, because with the talent overcharge, its buff is strong enough that axion gives more of a bonus than alternatives

Additionally, Axion is very strong in super, which again comes back to the building only 1 artifact problem, people want the BiS dps artifact

Also, most artifacts "lie" about how useful they are, because of the way stacking works

But if you had to pick between the two Kabr’s given they are both defense, I’d pick the new one. Also better than Rossi, which breaks my heart.

With ning Fei I felt like whenever I activated an ability I felt like nothing was happening even with understanding the character. Just didn't have a fun power fantasy feel to him that I feel with 90% of the other characters and now that I'm trying to be efficient and finally break 14 after taking a break during estela just trying to make sure whatever I pick I'll have fun with.

Maybe I was playing him wrong but I was using the kit and proper artifacts

Ning is quite satisfying to be honest, so i think u do something wrong
like most of his impact comes from maha (heavy weapon), and abilities just added to him insane amount of mobility

Like at moments i need to farm chaos i'm always prefer ning, just because it's fastest way to get any content, if u does't have huge dmg requariments

Until you get to dealing with exotic mods, are mods up to that point just used for pushing light higher and minor stat benefits? Mods to me don't seem to be anything besides that and tbh I barely get weapon mods as is, I equate artifacts to like fragments from D2 for my understanding but as I'm trying to accelerate to break past 14 all these systems popup in my face and I have a lesser understanding of some things like weapons and mods

The destiny 2 pvp playerbase has been huffing copium that destiny pvp was a core game mode when in reality nobody's touched pvp in that game since they added stasis and the only time ppl play trials is for guns not because they're having fun
