Sorta, expanse 40 started making me equip dmg reduction artis. Even then my Rossi was getting 1 shot still. Speed still seems to be king, killing them faster than they can kill you is only way.

I mean the problem is even though expanse is definitely the closest we get to something like a nightfall in terms of style of difficulty, the rewards for expanse are time based and there are (relative to d2) fairly strict time limits on the activity, so characters like Tan that have no movement abilities and lose 1-2 minutes purely due to the extra time needed to move through the level are at a fairly significant disadvantage

Yeah pretty normal

This game has very weird (bad) damage balancing

A maxed player does like 20x or more damage even in a light neutral situation than most new players will, just because of buff stacking from equipment

And a lot of basic activities have health scaled to be completable by newer players, which means they are basically paper to a maxed person

But those maxed players still need to do strikes and such sometimes to do things like farm for exotics

this game desperately needs a balance pass on its damage/health

This will never get old to me
