Cause Jaren is a actually faster then Ning since there both the same speed boost but Jaren go 2 meter faster BUT Jaren value goes down because of that 2 minute ult like nexus for example, you never run Jaren Becuase of that 2 minute cooldown. Signature damage, one arc cage charge, and finally, no damage boost for shooting through arc cage/photoelectric gate. If those things were fixed, he’d be good. Closer to a mythic maybe, but those could have been achieved by placing them at high talents.

Here’s the thing. Rossi has major limitations that I have continually discovered. Corndog and I even found that support characters cannot buff his super. Due to this, he’s just never going to hold up to half of the other arc characters and almost all the defense characters.

That said, I find his gameplay loop to be the most satisfying in the game, and therefore, I will drag him through Hell just to get more playtime on him. That’s why I main Rossi

I think its a Summon oversight, but none of the arti that buff your summons dmg effect it either. Prob why it was able to hit every issaki weakpoint, its technically a Giant Monster that hits everything it passes through not a Super Wall

When you wanna wipe a room, do that. When you wanna hit a boss for 1 mil, do that. They could have even made it that each enemy it passes through takes away from it’s subsequent damage, allowing to either hit for a big number or clear a bunch of ads- not both

Funny enough the Mythic Fusion does as much damage to off type shinka as a Rapid Fire shotgun, their damage floor is surprisingly high and you dont feel shields as much using them, but I would definitely like more than just 2 options lol

**DMG options: **

• In real competitive modes you does't have a goal to make 20mil dmg to target per hir it doest make sense and it's useless. You usually need to clear a few major objectives very fast.
• For example right now it's 2 piercing shinka + solar shank in first room in Pit, u need to kill them as fast as possible, HH can do it solo with arabalest, in less then 9-8 secs ( +2 solar marksman), it's almost impossible to bit that on Tan, maybe u overall dmg is higher in 1 target, but it does't help in situation like that at all .
• Same thing in Expanse, Contravene is much better because it could flick multiple targets in 1 ammo, what huge speedup for you, and that's totally not an option for Borealis or Izi, u never wanna spend you Izi shot, to kill casual tracer shank or smth like that and also that take a lot of time compare to contravene, which can hit 3 targets per 1 ammo

Utility Options:

• Tan huge losing in utility to HH
• No speed bonus
• No passive dmg bonus 10% + united axion (Which actually huge for a lot of weapon based heroes)
• No ammo generation
• Better flexability with ultimate (u don't need to stay in specific spot which is important for example in ecounter like Crota fight)
• Tan Can't use arbalest (which probably just x3 times better version of Borealis and give a lot dmg to your team and dmg on explosion )

**Tan does't have a proof of concept: **

• I mean if tan was be able really do huge difference in dmg, a lot of team would use him instead of at least 1 HH, but even in fair play mode, where HH losing a lot of dmg because of T5 and much worse salvo managment, all teams mostly prefer HH.
• Same in Expanse and Calamity we does't have a good timer or good score with Tan. And yeah, i knew really good players with well builded tan, and also have it, and haver resource for a few more tan to build in a few click, but there is no place for this hero in current activities and he can't be even close compared to HH, not because Tan is bad, because HH is broken

In this discord a lot of guys is always missing one big thing, if you compare heroes you need to compare them not in your imagination and in dreams cases designed specially for this hero.
You need to compare heroes always relative to goals, gameplay modes and objective which this hero should or could take in the game right now

Because otherwise, i can really build my dreamcase scenario for Jolder or Kabr, but in reallity right now there is no place for them in real competitive
