Good artifacts.

Mediocre exotic artifacts at level 80 can get you to around 71-72k with maxed weapons/relics. Level 85 combined with god rolls make up the rest.

Just barely hit 75k on Kabr the Second because I got the perfect set for his third and fourth, combined with high rolls on his first two.

Exotic mods with matching perks add 160 extra power each as well.

Just going to say that barrier bonus is a very nice trait on Kabr the Second. 20% damage resistance for being near your barrier, plus whatever other damage reduction sources you get from the rest of your artifacts, plus uninterrupted healing.

Yup. 40 is kinda brutal ngl you have to hide into towers. If the servitor uses the shield, you have to be patient and keep hiding up there. It goes down after a period of time. (I specifically did those with the bare minimum so I can help guide others. It does not have to be godrolls )

I think artifact slot 2 had the artifact that reduces dmg if you are aiming down sights with heavy precision (it had me at 72,048 power if i remember correctly). tlw was not maxed either and the shotgun had mismatched mods for not so ideal rolls.

This game's best hope is to get more outreach by getting on steam. Its technically doable. Getting on consoles is actually very difficult if you target PlayStation. I know a game that never got an update after launch because of this. It has to be approved, and sony is extremely strict.

I think the concern was that it would cannibalize D2 prior to launch (dr's launch). I think at this point, there would be enough data to argue that it boosts d2's player base further. It gives players even more destiny content to enjoy (and there is no reason it should be barred)

I think this is one case where Borealis could outdo Izanagi since catalysts are locked to band 1, and Borealis gets a flat 20% bonus damage versus Izanagi needing both bands to do its best.

You're mixing up cause and effect. Red War was removed several years before the plagiarism lawsuit, and Red War having been removed proved to be problematic for their case. It was removed for technical reasons, the engine took several hours to compile things in the state that it was before Beyond Light.

I enjoy the longer range characters who can lay down fire from range to pick targets off, especially when they can support the team with utility or buffs.

Unfortunately, the game is built for blowing through content as quickly as possible so we only ever really see characters with speed boosts and high damage. The best support is just to kill everything before they hurt your team. The best defense is just to wipe a room so no one gets hurt. And offense is... wipe the room and kill everything.

Might swap ranged resist for recovery boost unless the extra bonus is good for ranged. Barrier bonus is pretty much a free extra 20% damage reduction for just playing him well, which pairs well with his trait for bonus precision damage near barriers.

Combined with the stacks from Warding and armor from Unrelenting, he can start taking some ridiculous hits, which are further mitigated in high level content by defense boost and its bonus perk.

I've been thinking Solidarity/Shiver could actually be good for most content with the damage buffs, especially since one procs on team kills. Haven't seen Shiver a single time yet.

Got the double thumb roll second try, but I just feel like the other pair will be better for most things, especially since it's impossible to miss headshots on him anyway with his free aim assist for playing him.

Only time I notice body shots is when their head is completely inaccessible, like when they're turned around.
