Recovery boost is abysmal and you don't ever really want it. Not sure how healing boost would do since his seems sort of capped, but it's probably better. Definitely better on other solar characters who could use said artifact.

The chance to ignore damage stopping your recovery seems big if you invest at first, but then you remember that in most important content you have nine million things shooting at you anyway so that chance drops significantly since it's per hit.

First two artifact substats don't seem to matter as much unless you need perfect 4 gold thumbs up for power leaderboards. Decent general set from my experience is elemental resistance, a damage resistance that fits your character, defense boost on general use/healing or overshield bonus on healers, be they self or team/shield tanks, and either a health or shield boost/defense boost.

I never heard this and the break down of stats from artifacts imply otherwise. Recovery boost isn’t a thumbs up but elemental resist is and their tier are giving the same amount of light score. When you rank up an ability no matter what it is it is also 5 light points per stat (10 per 2 or in other words 1 rank up at + 10 lvl 80).
