After clearing floor 40 I noticed that a lot of Jaren's damage comes from using blazing shot with stag protection active. TLW can get stacks super fast so if you're good you should be able to get stag protection every time blazing shot comes out of cd

I can't directly compare prefect with TLW but it should be a decent bit stronger if you have good aim and can build stag protection quickly

If NetEase wanted to make a lot more $$. They would have journey bundles refresh either monthly with the monthly reset or every Act. So every 2 months. That way, people will be WAY more likely to spend money to T6 at least one character every 2 months and it would be way more affordable with the bundles. Rather than just converting silver to leaves. The first three are fine. It's 36 that is a problem since the brigand enemies put up their shields the second you shoot them, so you have to constantly dodge to even be able to damage them.

Some of it is very vague, but honestly besides a couple key updates I think a lot of games don’t give much details. I look at Genshin release, 1.1 (6 weeks after release) had one boss fight and some story/quests added. 1.2 (3months from release) they had dragonspire with limited quest and more locations to explore. 1.3 was pretty mid update content wise too. So it isn’t like this type of delays (I would personally related 3 blitz to close to dragonspire development wise) aren’t abnormal.

You need to gold medal a character. So do what it says for each one. Usually one challenge is do a legendary campaign mission on challenge difficulty without dying. Artifacts guilding to lv 16. Relic power to a certain amount... and a 4th thing which varies character to character

You will eventually need 3 characters generally leveled up for the purposes of the Acclaim system that will gate your progression at times. 3 different character elements does help with the resource management.

But once you're past 25 acclaim, you're free to focus on whoever you want to tbh, so Wolf + arc + 1 void sounds fine.

Depending on who you are trying to farm for, I found Tan on Weapon Master day to be faster than Spike Shell day.

Just drop in with an Allocation scout and pick the gift that refills your magazine on precision kills and he can mow entire sections in 7-12 seconds.

We need a whole new pinnacle system. Atm it‘s just non rewarding. 2 min/day and you‘re done. Either buff the base loot or increase the pinnacle energy massively. Gain energy by doing public events or strikes or sth like this.

Expanse is "fine" tbh, I was more thinking about multiplayer activities, most people don't queue for them because unless you are leaderboard ranking or looking for exotic copies, there is no incentives to run it without pinnacle, so you either default to chaos or log out.
