You don’t even have to max your exotic artifacts. From what I found, if you are lucky you will get to stop early. Around 2900 you will start to see 55’s appearing. I had all but one at 55, and that one was super low

As a new player make sure to max out your jiangshi metro open world tasks like fallen drones and such for a bunch of team exp… and do your character quests to get some more for free. Also use every starting character till their proficiency is about intermediate and keep completing character quests as they unlock to beat a lot of the lvl caps in the chapters! Hope that helps

I was more referring to the idea of nerfing Maha specifically and not necessarily Ning. If we keep seeing other exotics getting buffed it is basically going to be the same thing. The increased hp was just the thought if things get buffed, difficulty might need to be increased too.

I could actually see them switching up the order at some point soon. And due to Ning being so popular/getting people to pull on permanent banner, arc would be perfect candidate. My general idea is, you can get copius amount of Overshield either on T0 or T1.

This is pretty much saturated until you get hit continuously that drains your Overshield when you aren't having a cooldown on your shield.

While you can technically spam it, Ring of Healing starts regenerating and can clutch better to keep your Total Health up even if someone stops shooting your barrier

basically Clepsydra is a ratio of damage dealt with precision shots/total shots. If you shot 5 body shots but no precision, you get 0% damage bonus. if you hit next 5 shots on weakpoints you get it ramped up for 50% (aka 37.5% Damage boost ) , it keeps increasing per shot till u either hit another body shot (reduces damage) or maximum possible damage
